Bali — Land of Energy and Balance
Bali is much more than an exotic destination.
Bali is much more than an exotic destination. It is an island of profound spiritual presence, where temples, nature, and people coexist as one field of serenity. The energy of the land invites you to slow down, breathe, and listen — to yourself and to the quiet wisdom of the earth.
It is the perfect environment to release the tension of everyday life and allow yourself to be reborn through simplicity and connection.

This retreat combines Kundalini Activations, breathwork, restorative yoga, meditations, chakra balancing, Ayurvedic practices, and sound healing — all designed to guide you toward deep relaxation, rejuvenation, and emotional release.

You will enjoy nourishing Balinese cuisine, prepared with local ingredients, excursions to sacred sites, and moments of peaceful rest — in a place where natural beauty, magic, and stillness come together in perfect harmony.

This journey is ideal for those seeking release, personal growth, and a more conscious way of living, inspired by the wisdom of Ayurveda and energy practices.
It is for those ready to remember who they are — and reclaim their inner power.

A Few Words About Bali
A fairytale adrift in the Indian Ocean — Bali never ceases to captivate you, nor to let itself be conquered in a thousand different ways. Tropical lushness, gentle landscapes, endless shores where the ebb tide lays seashells from dreamlike depths at your feet, and the rising tide chases you playfully until you step back from the currents. As if arranged by a divine hand, countless rice terraces and countless temples stretch across the land — some silent and contemplative, others alive with the voices of the faithful. Yes — Bali is unlike any other place on the map. It balances gracefully between earth and sky, between light and shadow, between imagination and reality, between simplicity and opulence.

Daily Itinerary

Days 1–2:

Flight to Bali – Nusa Dua

Evening departure via Istanbul to the Island of the Gods – Bali. Arrival the following afternoon. After immigration and luggage collection, you’ll meet your local guide. During the transfer to your hotel, you’ll receive your first introduction to the island and a briefing about the days ahead. Check in and enjoy some rest while exploring the hotel’s facilities — or perhaps take your first dip in the Indian Ocean. In the evening, gather for a welcome dinner.
Day 3:

Nusa Dua – Kundalini Class & Excursion to Uluwatu Temple, Seminyak & Canggu

Breakfast at the hotel. Depart for the Uluwatu area to enjoy a Kundalini session at a local center. After a light lunch (own arrangement), visit the famous Uluwatu Temple, perched on a cliff at Bali’s southwestern tip, overlooking the vast blue horizon and one of the island’s most magical sunsets. Continue to the cosmopolitan beaches of Kuta, Seminyak, and Canggu — Bali’s vibrant hub of shops, cafés, and restaurants. Enjoy a stunning sunset drink at La Brisa or Potato Head Beach Club.
Day 4:

Nusa Dua – Beji Griya Waterfall – Ubud

Breakfast and hotel check-out. Today we travel inland to the Beji Griya Waterfall, hidden in a serene, lush valley — a natural sanctuary away from the busy tourist routes. Surrounded by dense jungle, rice terraces, and dramatic rock formations, Beji Griya offers the perfect setting for a traditional Melukat purification ceremony — a deeply spiritual ritual intended to cleanse the body, mind, and spirit from negative energies and restore balance. You’ll experience this sacred bathing ceremony under the waterfall’s cool, healing waters — a symbol of renewal and transformation for the Balinese people. Later, we continue to our hotel in Ubud. Check in and enjoy dinner.
Day 5:

Mount Batur Sunrise Hike

An unforgettable adventure awaits! Wake up before dawn (around 2:00 a.m.) and set off north for a sunrise trek up Mount Batur, one of Bali’s most iconic active volcanoes. The moderate hike (approx. 3 hours) takes you to 1,717 meters, just in time to witness the sun rising over the island’s volcanic landscape. Includes headlamp, hiking stick, bottled water, hot tea/coffee, and a light snack. Bring: hiking shoes, long pants, windbreaker (it’s chilly at the summit), and a camera for the spectacular views.
Day 6:

Ubud – Pyramids of Chi & Tegalalang Rice Terraces

Breakfast at the hotel. Today we visit one of the island’s most unique energetic sites — the Pyramids of Chi. This innovative healing center combines pyramid power, sacred geometry, vibrational therapy, ancient sound healing, and guided meditation, all designed to elevate consciousness and balance the body’s energy fields. After this transformative experience, continue to the iconic Tegalalang Rice Terraces, a UNESCO-listed wonder and one of Bali’s most photographed landscapes. For the adventurous, try the Bali Swing or Flying Fox overlooking the breathtaking green valleys.
Day 7:

Ubud – White Water Rafting Adventure

Breakfast at the hotel. Depart for an exhilarating white-water rafting experience on the Ayung River — one of Bali’s most scenic and enjoyable adventures. Enjoy 90 minutes of gentle rapids through lush tropical jungle and waterfalls (no prior experience required). A buffet lunch follows before returning to the hotel. In the afternoon, stroll through Ubud’s lively market, visit the Blanco Museum, or explore the Royal Palace. Ubud offers a rich mix of cafés, restaurants, and evening entertainment.
Day 8:

Ubud – Monkey Forest & Alchemy Experience

Breakfast at the hotel. After our morning session, visit the Sacred Monkey Forest, a lush sanctuary home to hundreds of playful macaques. Later, immerse yourself in another special experience at Alchemy — Bali’s renowned holistic and conscious living center.
Days 9–10:

Bali – Return Flight

Morning yoga session followed by breakfast. Enjoy a free day to relax, explore Ubud’s colorful villages and markets, or simply take in the beauty of Bali’s countryside. In the afternoon (around 16:00), transfer to the airport for your return flight via connecting city. Arrival home the next morning — your heart full and your spirit renewed, carrying the magic of Bali within you.
Note: The order of activities may be subject to change, but no visits or experiences will be omitted.
